Breast Wise is subject to the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and its 13 Information Privacy Principles. Where we work with clients outside New Zealand, we also observe reasonable standards consistent with applicable international privacy frameworks.
We only collect what we genuinely need.

Because we work in the breast cancer recovery and survivorship space, the information you share with us may be sensitive in nature, including details about your diagnosis, treatment, emotional wellbeing, and physical health. We treat all of this with the same care we bring to every conversation: with respect, discretion, and confidentiality.
You do not need to share anything you are not comfortable sharing. You are always in control of how much you tell us.
We use your information to:

— Send you our fortnightly newsletter and other communications you have opted into
— Process payments for coaching programmes and memberships

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that significantly affect you.
We do not sell your data. Ever. To anyone.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted third-party service providers who support the operation of Breast Wise, including:
— Innovorise (GoHighLevel): our CRM, email automation, and funnel platform
— Quizitri: the platform that delivers the Resilient Remission Assessment
— Riverside: our podcast hosting platform
— Payment processors: to handle transactions securely
— Email delivery services: to send newsletters and automated email sequences
All third-party providers are required to handle your data securely and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes beyond what is necessary to provide their service.
Under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020, you have the right to:
