When active treatment ends, the appointments stop, but for many women, that's when the fear gets louder, not quieter. No one is checking anymore. And if recovery has started to feel like something you have to keep doing correctly to stay safe, then stopping can feel like risking everything.
Research consistently identifies fear of recurrence as one of the most persistent challenges of survivorship. It's a real struggle, and once oncology's job is done, it's very rarely addressed by anyone. This is the survivorship gap: the space nobody prepared you for, where the medical system considers you finished and your nervous system very much does not.
I know this gap because I lived in it for years. This assessment is built from that experience, not just research.
This assessment gives you a clear, personalised picture of where you stand across the four things that actually matter here. No clinical language. Just clarity you can use.
You finish knowing something specific about yourself that you did not know before you started. And you leave with one concrete step to take today.
Each area tells a different part of your recovery story. Together they give you the full picture.
1
Can your body actually settle back down after a scare, a scan, or a bad night or does the fear just sit there, running in the background?
2
Do you feel clear and confident about food and energy, or is fatigue still quietly running your days more than anyone realises?
3
Have you actually had room to feel the grief, the anger, the "who am I now" or has it all just been pushed down to keep functioning?
4
Do you trust your body again, or does it still feel like something that turned on you once and might again?
You are currently in treatment and want to understand what you can do now to support your recovery alongside your medical care.
You have recently finished active treatment and nobody told you this part would feel this disorienting. You are looking for a starting point.
You are years into survivorship and still carrying more anxiety, fatigue, or food confusion than you expected. You want to understand why and what to do about it.
You have been recently diagnosed and want to start building a foundation that supports you through everything ahead.
You are doing fairly well and want to keep investing in it - building real resilience for the years ahead, not just coasting on relief.
Three simple steps. Two minutes. Something genuinely useful on the other side.
1
Your name and email, so I know where to reach you. Your results are personalised and waiting on the other side. Your details are private and will never be shared.
2
No right answers. No wrong ones. No test to pass — this isn't one more thing to get right. Just an honest look at where you are right now, across the four areas that actually matter.
3
A clear picture of where you are, written in language that reflects your lived experience, plus one specific action step you can take today. No generic wellness advice.

I built this assessment because I know what it feels like to be handed back to your life after treatment with no map and no real support for what comes next.
Ten years ago I was navigating the same fear, the same fog, the same feeling of not knowing which version of myself was going to show up on any given day. What I needed then was not more information. I needed someone to show me clearly where I was and what to focus on first.
I made every mistake there was to make getting here. Ten years on, no recurrence, and I built everything I know now on the back of those mistakes so you don't have to make them too. Helping women reach this stage with more ease and more confidence than I had is the reason Breast Wise exists.
This assessment is that starting point. It is the first honest look at your recovery across all four pillars, and it will give you something specific to hold onto.
Whatever stage you are at right now, there is a way through the fear of recurrence that doesn't take ten years of trial and error to find. You just need a clear picture of where you are standing first.
