Breast Wise coaching gives you a calm, evidence-informed guide to help you ask better questions, make clear decisions, and feel emotionally held—whether you’re newly diagnosed, in treatment, or rebuilding your life after.
No pressure, ever — just a gentle 20-minute call to see what support feels right for you.
Share a few details and we’ll follow up within one business day.
Your information is kept 100% private and never shared.
Cancer coaching is not medical care. It’s the missing emotional and practical support that helps you move through each step without feeling lost, rushed, or alone.
Share the fear, anger, or numbness that’s hard to say out loud. Together we’ll make room for your feelings without letting them run the show.
Prepare for appointments, understand options, and organize questions so you leave each visit feeling informed—not overwhelmed.
Set boundaries, communicate with family, and build daily rhythms that support your body, mind, and spirit during and after treatment.
On a free call, we’ll talk about where you are in your journey, what’s feeling hardest, and what kind of support you’re craving.
Select individual, group, or combined support based on your budget, personality, and how much connection you’d like.
We’ll meet online, create a calm rhythm together, and adjust support as your needs change—through diagnosis, treatment, and beyond.
Small, gentle groups of women navigating breast cancer together. Share, listen, and learn with guidance from an experienced coach.
Private, judgment-free sessions tailored to your exact situation, pace, and personality.

“Before Breast Wise, I was googling at 2am and crying in the bathroom so my kids wouldn’t see. Having a calm voice to walk through each appointment and scan with me changed everything.”
— Sarah, Stage II, mom of two
“The group sessions were the one place I didn’t have to be ‘brave’. I could be scared and angry and still feel completely safe and seen.”
— Maya, in treatment
“My oncologist explained things so quickly. Having a coach help me translate, write questions, and roleplay conversations gave me confidence I didn’t know I had.”
— Dana, survivor, 18 months post-treatment

Breast Wise was born from sitting in too many waiting rooms watching women try to be strong while silently falling apart. Your coach combines advanced training in trauma-informed coaching, grief support, and patient advocacy with lived experience walking alongside loved ones through breast cancer.
You’ll never be told to “just stay positive.” Instead, you’ll be listened to deeply, given practical tools, and reminded again and again that you are more than a diagnosis.
No. Breast Wise coaching is a complement to, not a replacement for, medical care or mental health treatment. We don’t provide medical advice, diagnosis, or therapy. Instead, we help you prepare for appointments, process emotions, and advocate for yourself within your existing care team.
Our clients include women who are newly diagnosed, in active treatment, living with metastatic disease, or rebuilding life after treatment. Partners and caregivers are also welcome. If you’re not sure you’re a fit, book a free call and we’ll explore together.
All sessions are held via secure video (Zoom) so you can join from home, hospital, or wherever you’re most comfortable. Phone-only sessions are also available upon request.
Your energy comes first. We’ll design a plan that feels sustainable, not draining. Many women start with group circles and add 1:1 support during more intense seasons like diagnosis or treatment changes.
Yes. Memberships are month-to-month. You can pause or cancel before your next billing date—no explanations required. We’ll always talk through options if your situation or finances change.
Share a little about what you’re going through. We’ll gently suggest a membership option—or simply offer resources—based on what’s truly best for you right now.
